CA Access

Share books with your CA — without sharing your password.

One click creates a secure, read-only link. Your CA sees only the reports you allow — trial balance, GST filing pack, ledgers. The link expires. You can revoke it anytime.

How it works

Three steps. No password. No hassle.

Built for the question every owner asks at month-end: how can my CA see the books safely?

  1. 01 — Create

Open Company setup → CA Access

Create a guest link in one click. No new user account on your books. No shared password to remember — or forget to change.

  2. 02 — Choose

    Tick only what they need

Trial balance, GST filing pack, ledgers, P&L — only the screens you allow. Stock edits, invoices, and payments stay locked.

  3. 03 — Share

Send the link. Revoke when done.

Your CA opens it on any browser. Session expires automatically. Need to cut access early? Revoke from Company setup in one tap.

Before vs with CA Access

Month-end should not mean handing over the keys.

Before

PDFs, screenshots, or your full login

You export lists, WhatsApp folders of PDFs, or share the owner password because the CA needs trial balance and GST numbers — then hope nothing gets changed.

With CA Access

One link. Live numbers. Read-only.

Your CA works from the same books you used all month. You choose the screens. They cannot edit. You revoke when filing is done.

Who it's for

Owners, CAs, and auditors — without the awkward login share.

Shop owners

Keep your password private. Still get books filed on time with live GST pack and trial balance.

CAs & tax consultants

Open a link, pull portal-ready numbers, work without waiting for another export email.

Auditors & helpers

Temporary read-only access for the reports they need — nothing more.

FAQ

Can my CA edit invoices or stock?
No. CA Access is read-only. View and export allowed reports only.
What can I share?
Trial balance, GST filing pack, ledgers, P&L, balance sheet, and other reports you tick. Everything else stays hidden.
Does the link expire?

Does Simple Bills file GST on the portal?
No. It prepares the GST filing pack. You or your CA file on gst.gov.in after checking GSTR-2B.
